Location: Primarily work from home, with occasional visits (1–2 times per week) to London consulates/visa centres for document submission and collection.

We are a small specialist educational and cultural travel organisation, arranging international study tours and managing visa applications for clients. With growing demand, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Travel Consultant to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy and sense of responsibility. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF editing tools.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client emails, providing accurate advice tailored to individual situations.
  • Handle bookings, invoicing, and data entry with precision and attention to detail.
  • Submit and collect documents from consulates/visa centres when required.
  • File, prepare, and dispatch documents to clients via post or courier.
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties.
  • Deliver excellent client service by handling queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support relationship-building with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
