Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the client base and achieve sales targets for visa services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer

service and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel plans and provide guidance on visa

requirements, documentation, and application procedures for various countries.

• Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately and gathering the necessary

supporting documents, such as passports, photographs, and financial statements.

• Keep abreast of changes in visa regulations and embassy/consulate procedures to provide

up-to-date information and advice to clients.

• Follow up with clients after visa applications have been processed to ensure their

satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

• Handle inquiries and complaints from clients professionally and courteously, striving to

resolve issues to the client's satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry or visa services

sector.

• Knowledge of international visa regulations, application procedures, and

embassy/consulate requirements.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade clients and close deals

effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken

English
