A fast growing B2B SaaS company is hiring an Internationalization Program Lead to accelerate non English market growth. This is not an engineering heavy i18n role. It is an operational, growth oriented position focused on ensuring that customer journeys, product surfaces, and marketing assets perform at a high level across global regions. You will own international performance end to end, localizing what already works in English and adapting it to key markets with quality, speed, and accuracy. The Role: Own non English market performance across onboarding, product, website, emails, and paid channels Localize existing high performing pages, onboarding flows, and key product surfaces using established tooling Coordinate with native speakers and localization vendors to ensure accuracy, tone, and cultural alignment Spin up, monitor, and optimize language specific funnels, ads, and user journeys Maintain a structured yet lightweight localization workflow as the company ships quickly Track conversion, activation, and retention by locale and proactively fix what underperforms Ensure that updates and new releases are reflected across all localized surfaces Geographies covered: Scandinavia, Brazil, Mexico, Netherlands, France, China, India, Spain, Germany, UAE / KSA The company is expanding rapidly and needs a single owner focused on ensuring that each market receives a native quality experience. This role ensures that international users understand the product, convert smoothly, activate quickly, and stay engaged long term. Experience in B2B SaaS or high growth tech Background in growth operations, localization operations, or international go to market programs Ability to manage workflows, vendors, and cross functional stakeholders Comfortable reading funnel metrics and making performance driven decisions Hands on execution mindset with the ability to build simple processes from scratch Affinity for languages and regional nuance (multilingual not required) Webflow localization for marketing surfaces Internal tooling already set up to localize the product
Responsibilities
