Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internet and Sales BDC Manager to join our All American Team! As a BDC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lead and sales workflow process for our internet and phone customers, manifests and unsold opportunities ensuring that they receive a world-class car buying experience. Your duties will include: Responsibilities: - Managing a team of BDC representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets - Responding to internet and phone leads in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our dealership's products and services - Ensuring compliance with all dealership policies and procedures - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers - Participating in training and process development sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge - Maintain a positive relationship between the BDC team, sales teams, and dealership management - Track customer interactions daily utilizing the dealership CRM tool Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or BDC management is a must - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-term disability, AD&D and Life Insurance Paid Time Off and 401k with Company match Paid training and real career growth Competitive compensation package Employee discounts on Vehicle Purchase, Parts, Service and More!
