Job Description    * Lead the development and execution of Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, revenue growth, and long-term customer value across key segments. * Design data-driven customer lifecycle plans leveraging behavioral insights, segmentation, usage analytics, device intelligence, and market trends to maximize customer experience and profitability. * Drive adoption and engagement of digital products, platforms, and services including apps, entertainment, gaming, streaming, fintech, and emerging digital ecosystems. *  Own the end-to-end execution of inbound and contextual CVM campaigns across multiple communication channels, ensuring strong conversion, personalization, and measurable business impact. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Technology, Sales, Distribution, Product, and Communications teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimized customer journeys. * Champion innovation in contextual marketing by leveraging advanced campaign management platforms, automation capabilities, AI-driven targeting, and next-generation customer engagement solutions. * Translate customer insights, Voice of Customer (VOC), and market intelligence into actionable business strategies, pricing optimization, and targeted engagement initiatives. * Drive continuous improvement of customer journeys, digital touchpoints, and campaign effectiveness through rigorous performance monitoring, experimentation, analytics, and strategic optimization. * Drive growth in data and 4G subscriber base through targeted CVM strategies and lifecycle interventions * Convert data silent users into active contributing data subs, and increase segment wise ARPU * Ensure accurate segmentation and targeting logic for campaign execution and Translate business requirements into executable campaign workflows within CVM systems * Enhance customer engagement through personalized MyBL offers and content and optimize conversion funnels within MyBL to improve pack purchase rates and digital monetization Academic Qualification * Business/EEE/CSE Graduate. MBA preferred.
