WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Contact clients in a timely matter once internet lead is received (5 mins or less).
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person, over the phone, and through electronic messaging.
• Schedule Sales appointments and pass off to Sales Manager
• Complete client profile in CRM for follow up
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

FOR THIS ROLE, COME EQUIPPED WITH:

• Minimum 1 year sales experience (automotive preferred).
• OMVIC certification.
• Clean criminal record.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills..
• Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
