  Job Title  Internet Manager  Department Reports To FLSA Status Prepared By Approved By Last Modified Sales Sales Manager Non Exempt Christy Artigas Christy Artigas 09/30/2025   Job Summary Determines the organization’s media goals and objectives and oversees development and execution of media plans and programs.   General Accountabilities * Keeping website updated with dealership's existing inventory and current prices. * Manages customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a quickly and timely manner. * Answers customers questions on product inventory * Makes appointments for interested customers * Knowledgeable of the product details * Fast paced technological * Gets along with fellow sales associates * Oversees activities of media department; hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops management staff. * Develops, maintains, and communicates knowledge of trends, innovations, and opportunities to improve and/or adjust media buying. * Provides day to day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance. * Monitors overall activities of the media department; identifies problem areas and directs corrective actions. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. * Willing to work non- traditional hours   Job Qualifications * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience: Two to four years' related experience.   Skills * Commitment to excellence and high standards. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to manage priorities and workflow. * Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. * Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Must be organized, having the ability to monitor all sales leads * Ability to make timely and sound decisions.
