We earn the award each year by serving our guests in a way that promotes stories being shared with the manufacturer and our community about how our team goes above and beyond in customer service, we give back to the community and regularly hold events that promote our values. .  Essential Responsibilities:  . * Study and be knowledgeable about the variety of models and trim levels available in inventory and their differences * Manage all Internet sales leads and inbound phone inquiries * Contact and communicate with guests to identify their automotive needs (call, email and text) * Work closely with our team of Product Specialists (Sales People) to serve the needs of our guests * Abide by Federal, State and Local laws * Customer Service and Communications (verbal and written) experience is required.  . You must be proficient with Microsoft Windows and be able to multi-task between several applications at once * Maintaining a professional appearance that reflects our dress code is required * You must have flexible availability for your work schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends * Integrity and teamwork are two of our most valued skills and will be essential in the daily work.  .
