Job Description Berman Subaru is looking for an Experience Internet Sales BDC Agent to add to the team! Position: Internet Sales BDC Agent Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago Pay: $34,000 - $95,000 annually (Competitive hourly + monthly bonuses) Benefits Competitive PTO Policy Multiple Low-Cost Medical Insurance Options Low-Cost Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Options Short Term & Long Term Disability 401K Automotive Service & Sales Discounts Opportunities for Advancement Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics Qualifications Previous BDC experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computer systems and CRM software Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
