This culture has fueled our success and continues to drive our growth today.   We are now seeking experienced Internet Sales Consultants to join our Cavender Toyota team and help us “Make Confidence Happen” for every customer who connects with us online. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING AT CAVENDER TOYOTA * 5-day work week (Includes Saturday) * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance * Paid Time Off * Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave * Company-paid $10,000 life insurance policy * Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Engage with internet leads by phone, email, and text to build relationships and drive appointments * Follow up with internet inquiries and unsold showroom traffic to maximize sales opportunities * Handle inbound calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer questions * Identify customer needs, provide product/service information, and schedule showroom or service appointments * Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system * Maintain product knowledge to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and promotions * Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business * Work collaboratively with the sales team, upholding Cavender’s values of professionalism and integrity -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU BRING * Proven experience in internet or BDC sales within a dealership (required) * Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Outlook, CRM tools) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High school diploma or GED required * Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and ability to pass background and drug screening
