POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Internet/BDC Manager, you’ll oversee the online sales process and manage a team responsible for responding to internet leads, setting appointments, and converting prospects into dealership visits. You’ll play a key role in boosting digital engagement, maximizing lead conversion, and delivering an exceptional online customer experience.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in a BDC, internet sales, or automotive call center role (management experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving performance targets
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions) and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online lead generation is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming internet and phone leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up
  • Supervise, train, and motivate BDC representatives to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals
  • Develop lead handling processes and scripts to improve contact and appointment rates
  • Monitor CRM performance and ensure accurate data entry and tracking
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on promotions and digital campaigns
  • Analyze reports and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, product features, and financing options
  • Ensure top-tier customer service throughout the online and appointment experience
