Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership offering a wide range of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team and help customers find their perfect RV!
Pay potential up to $120,000/year

Sales Professionals are responsible for assisting customers throughout the RV purchasing process. The primary duties will include:

  • Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and text in accordance with dealership protocols
  • Build rapport with potential customers to understand their RV needs and preferences
  • Set and confirm appointments for in-person visits or virtual walkthroughs
  • Accurately enter and manage all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, specifications, and benefits of RVs in inventory
  • Coordinate with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain a high closing ratio and meet monthly sales targets
  • Monitor and improve lead response time and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Assist in online inventory listings and digital marketing efforts as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous internet or retail sales experience required (RV, auto, marine, or similar industries preferred)
  • Strong digital communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and lead management tools
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
