REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution, or 12 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems, and systems integration across multi-platform environments.
• Strong understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Node.js, .NET, and Java.
• Proven ability to develop and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable web architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Waterfall project management.
• Experience in database management, data modeling, and system interoperability.
• Ability to create and communicate technical documents, including architecture diagrams and roadmaps.
• Must successfully complete a Level II Background Check.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience leading the design of solutions in hybrid environments (on-premise, cloud, SaaS, and COTS).
• Expertise in web technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Node.js, .NET, and Java.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and architecture patterns such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding development teams in best practices.
• Experience in application rationalization and reducing technical debt.
• Strong vendor management experience, including assessing the technical fit of third-party solutions.
• Ability to develop and present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, particularly Waterfall.

• Lead the design and implementation of web architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability across diverse technology stacks.
• Design solutions in hybrid environments, integrating on-premise, cloud, SaaS, and COTS platforms.
• Develop system interface designs, target state architecture diagrams, and transition roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, business analysts, and product owners to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate SaaS and COTS solutions into the enterprise ecosystem, including application rationalization and technical debt reduction strategies.
• Mentor and guide development teams in adhering to architectural best practices and maintaining architectural consistency across projects.
• Present and communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, assess third-party solutions, and ensure their technical fit with enterprise systems.
