Recruitment events and campaigns to attract young talent. Building brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Learning to lead and support innovation projects. Developing comprehensive project management skills through planning recruitment events. Analyzing data and translating it into activations and promotions. Supporting the team in various tasks and topics, such as annual budget plans, trainee learning agenda, and more. You’re the perfect fit if: You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting 23rd February or 2nd March 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week). You’re enrolled in a University or Applied Sciences program (3rd or 4th year) during the internship. You have a clear interest in people, talent, and Human Resources topics, demonstrated through studies (e.g., organizational psychology, HR) or experiences (e.g., volunteering, supporting and connecting people, giving sports classes). You have a strong interest in social media and content writing. You have excellent command of English and Dutch. You are keen on developing event management skills.
