At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results oriented Administration Specialist Intern in Amsterdam to support our Admin team dedicated to our Benelux/French customer base.

GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS: ENGLISH + DUTCH AND/OR FRENCH.

  • Mandatory to be able to make a 6-month agreement with the university.
  • Experience with process documentation (eg. flow charts + process description) + process improvement.
  • Strong interest in working in a B2B environment
  • Ideally, some experience in a customer-facing position.
  • You are solution-oriented and accurate person with a positive attitude.
  • Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment.
  • Good computer and administration/organization skills.
  • Understanding technical issues is an asset.

Responsibilities

You will be Reporting directly into the Administration Team Lead/Mentor in the following activities:

Customer facing activities, such as:

  • Handle administration related to services, from customer signature up to installation partner assignment and ultimately contract activation,
  • Coordinate after sales activities for existing customer database, e.g. data care/hygiene, contract changes,
  • Handling (minor) complaints from start to resolution,
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable department in solving invoice or payment queries,
  • Point of contact for other departments for contract-related queries,
  • Invoicing: administrative, monthly tasks fulfilling customer and legal requirements
  • Process- related activities, such as:
  • Creating process-related documentation (process flows + descriptions).
  • Identifying and implementing potential process improvements.
