Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products Job Description Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A., a global leader in drive and control technologies, is looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join its sales team at the Nonantola (MO) site. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment, actively contributing to our company's sales and marketing strategies. The intern will support the sales team in the following activities: Market and competitor analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to the market, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Customer management support: Assisting in the preparation of commercial offers, managing correspondence, and following up with existing and potential customers. Preparation of presentations and reports: Creating supporting materials for internal and external sales meetings, including sales reports and product presentations. Database management: Updating and maintaining customer data and business opportunities within the company’s CRM system. Sales team shadowing: Attending customer meetings (when possible and appropriate) to understand sales and negotiation dynamics. Qualifications 🎯 Education: You have to graduate in Economics or similar. 💻 Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel. 🗺️ Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏼 Soft Skills: You are careful to details and a result-oriented person.
