• Undergraduate/Graduate with Master’s Degree in Economics/Marketing/Management
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English
• Very good analytical skills and mindset, sense for facts and figures.
• Curious, self-driven, proactive and goal-oriented team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Customer Assortment analysis (spaces, products, distribution)
• Develop analysis on Henkel categories and products within their markets and against competitors
• Build ideal planograms and proposals for discussions with stakeholders
• Support sales department in assortment reviews for clients
