ABOUT WE ARE ONA WE ARE ONA is a creative studio specializing in the design and production of 360° culinary experiences in France and internationally. Based in Paris and New York, we collaborate with prestigious brands, primarily in luxury, fashion, art, and the broader creative industries. Founded by Luca Pronzato in 2019, a sommelier and restaurateur previously working at NOMA Copenhagen, WE ARE ONA was born from the traditional fine dining scene, with the ambition to explore innovative ways of creating culinary events: from strategy and concept, to design and production. With our network of creative partners and a unique community of food talents, we design tailor-made experiences for our clients, including some of the most iconic brands from the luxury and artistic industries. Pop-Ups The WE ARE ONA team sets up pop-up restaurants in the most unique settings worldwide, giving creative freedom to young renowned chefs, in partnership with local suppliers. Destinations include France, Italy, Turkey (in the Kaplankaya domain), Switzerland (Basel, Zermatt), Portugal, and Mexico. WE ARE ONA Pop-ups follow the cultural and artistic fairs, from the Biennale in Venice, Art Basel in Basel, Miami, Hong-Kong and Paris, the Salone del Mobile in Milan to Les Rencontres de la Photographie in Arles. JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an Assistant to General Manager to support with the run of the office. Scope of work : Support on sales meeting with our GM. Produce project quotes Develop P&L for special F&B projects Manage pop-up sponsorship partners (logistics, brand integration, reports) Develop brand marketing tools Review legal & contracts elements Coordinate HR meetings Coordinate invoice tracking Coordination between the teams Ad-hoc tasks THE GOOD MATCH You look for Being autonomous in your tasks and hands-on from day 1 in the booming atmosphere of a growing company Being at the core of the food industry and understanding how the business between food & brand works these days. PROFILE Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) from Business School/Hospitality school. Passion: You have a genuine passion for gastronomy, fashion and the luxury industry Interpersonal: Excellent relationship-building skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders daily. You are autonomous, business-driven and independent in your execution. Mindset: A team player, convincing, and proactive. You demonstrate great reactivity and a sharp sense of organization. Languages: Fluent French and English are essential. Technical: Perfect command of PowerPoint & Excel (Google Suite) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Start Date: June 2026 Location: Paris (6th Arrondissement) Contract: 6 months

Responsibilities

The Assistant to the General Manager will support daily office operations, including sales meetings, project quoting, and P&L development. They will also manage pop-up sponsorship logistics, coordinate HR tasks, and facilitate communication between internal teams.
