Job Description To strengthen our work with Arabic-speaking clients, we are offering an internship with the possibility of joining us as a full-time employee. Your Role As a Business Development & Key Account Intern, you will: Support Arabic client accounts and nurture strong long-term relationships. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support sales strategies. Assist in tailoring proposals, presentations and reports. Generating and qualifying leads across multiple international Arabic markets. Proactively reaching out to cold leads via email, LinkedIn, calls and other channels. Building trust-based relationships with decision-makers | leaders. Collaborating with our delivery team to align client needs with our recruitment process. Spotting new market opportunities and helping shape our go-to-market strategies. Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring no lead is left behind and every opportunity is maximized. Stay informed of market trends, emerging sectors and partnership opportunities. Qualifications What You Bring Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate client acquisition. Strong ability to initiate contact and nurture cold leads into lasting partnerships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in an ambitious growth company. Native Arabic speaker (required. Fluent is not enough). Degree or ongoing studies in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Interest or experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (e.g. CRM, lead generation). Not shy – comfortable with cold calling and client outreach. Hands-on professional experience: 3–5 years. Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. Experience from Arabic markets/Arabic countries is a strong plus.
