Join us.   A Day in The Life: Supports the coordination and execution of commercial initiatives, including innovation pipeline tracking, market data collection, and retail audit processes across LATAM markets. This role focuses on maintaining project visibility, improving data collection tools, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. The position provides exposure to commercial operations, project management, and market execution insights. The Impact You'll Make:  * Maintain and update the innovation project tracker by consolidating inputs from cross-functional teams (Commercial, NPD, Supply); ensure timelines, statuses, and key milestones are accurately reflected. * Support communication across teams by tracking open items, sending follow-ups, and ensuring timely updates on key innovation and commercial initiatives. * Maintain and update Microsoft Forms used for trade surveys and retail audits across LATAM markets; ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with reporting needs. * Support the connection and maintenance of Microsoft Forms outputs (Excel) into Power BI dashboards, including data cleaning, restructuring, and calculated field updates. * Assist in compiling and summarizing retail execution insights from markets, highlighting trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. * Maintain and update commercial planning tools, including innovation timelines, volume assumptions, and prioritization trackers. * Assist in building and updating presentations and reports by organizing inputs, formatting slides, and ensuring clarity for leadership communication. * Identify opportunities to improve workflows, standardize templates, and enhance data collection processes across markets.   Who You Are: * Preferred field of study: Business Finance, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems. * Relevant experience (including academic projects, data analysis, business intelligence, or related business coursework * Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Forms (Optional), Power BI (optional) * Self-driven, ownership mindset   
Responsibilities
