Responsibilities

Survey Preparation: Develop and distribute surveys to worldwide retail partners to gather valuable feedback on the business initiative.
E-Learning Development: Assist in the creation of engaging and informative e-learning modules to educate retail partners on key aspects of the initiative.
Presentation Support: Support the creation of presentations for high-level management, ensuring clear and concise communication of project updates and key findings.
Content Publishing: Prepare and publish content to our retailer network through various communication channels, ensuring timely and relevant information dissemination.
Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with different stakeholders across the organization to gather information, coordinate communication efforts, and ensure alignment on messaging.
Communication Support: Provide general support for all communication-related requirements of the After Sales Logistics team.
Data analysis: Analyse survey data and provide insights to the team.
Project Support: Assist with various project-related tasks as needed
