Job Details Job Location: Headquarters Erie PA - Erie, PA 16501 Position Type: Internship Job Shift: Day We are looking for highly motivated college students who are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and Internships will be held in-person. Looking for proficiency in Excel, Word, and data entry. We require good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn! We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erie's historic Union Station. The program will run from May to August, 2026. Any questions can be directed to hr@logisticsplus.com During your Compliance Internship, your major duties and responsibilities will include: • Manage CRM system to ensure up-to-date client information. • Assist w/ C-TPAT Revalidation Audit • Coordination of C-TPAT related supporting document retention • Communicate w/ Logistics Plus global offices related to C-TPAT revalidation audit • Edit/update existing C-TPAT program manual • Assist w/ preparation in Annual AS9120 Audit • Assist other Logistics Plus departments w/ projects as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in corporate law, compliance, or the transportation and logistics industry. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Responsibilities
During the Compliance Internship, you will manage the CRM system to ensure up-to-date client information and assist with C-TPAT Revalidation Audit. You will also communicate with global offices and assist with various projects as needed.
