Description
This position is based at our Edmonton, AB facility. The hourly range for this role is $20-$25 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Assist in project to improve the material flow and 5S+. Participate in Kaizens. Creating standard work to standardize processes. Write, review and revise operation sheets, prepare or direct preparation of time/motion studies. Designing/procuring jigs and equipment to aid production. Confer with engineering personnel on design changes. Must have recently graduated or be currently enrolled in a college diploma or university degree program in Engineering, Business, or any computer-related course). Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future. This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must reside within 120 km of Edmonton, AB to be considered. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willing to work with shop floor employees for engagement and project implementation Prior internship or co-op experience.
