Your purpose & impact: As a Creative Producer Intern, you’ll be part of the team that helps bring Estrid’s ideas to life through creative content. Working closely with our performance and creative teams, you’ll learn how to turn briefs into engaging ads across channels, editing and iterating different versions to see what resonates most. You’ll experiment with new hooks, angles and formats, gaining hands-on experience in how creative testing works and discovering what truly drives results. Some of the things you’ll do: • Help create and edit ad creatives (video + static) for Meta and TikTok • Cut and test multiple variations of the same idea to see what performs best • Turn creative briefs into finished assets together with the team • Repurpose and adapt winning ads into new formats • Work closely with the growth and creative teams to learn how we test and scale content • Continuously learn what drives attention and results, and apply those learnings in new creatives We think that you: • Enjoy creating videos or content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, etc.) • Are a creator at heart and like turning ideas into something real • Have an interest in storytelling, hooks, pacing and what makes people stop scrolling • Are curious about marketing and excited to learn what actually drives results • Like working fast, testing different ideas and improving as you go • Are eager to learn, take feedback and grow together with the team Environment you thrive in: The Estrid culture isn’t just a collection of inspiring quotes we pin to our walls - it’s the foundation on which everything we do is built.
