This Is What Your Role Looks Like
As a Credit Management Intern, you will support the team in handling financial transactions and responding to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll gain hands-on experience with administrative processes, customer communication, and financial analysis, while collaborating with colleagues from Customer Care and our external collection partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming queries from members related to their financial responsibilities
  • Support with posting bank statements and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Help review and process refund requests
  • Efficiently collaborate with Customer Care and collection agencies
  • Analyze payment exceptions and processing necessary corrections
  • Participate in improving processes and reporting.

Who Are You?

  • You are currently pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and administrative tasks
  • You are accurate, eager to learn, and communicative
  • You speak and write fluently in English and/or Dutch (French or Spanish is a plus)
  • You are proactive, service-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
