Job Description To handle daily sample receiving, registration, sorting & after sales service with client Assist walk in client and incoming call regarding lab test enquiry Communicate with client on the sample submission & any related issue. Assist in coordinating the lab testing process between Lab, Admin, Sales & Billing Department. Qualifications Bachelor degree in any course from recognized university / college. Good personality, independent and a good team player.
Responsibilities
Handle daily sample receiving, registration, sorting, and after-sales service with clients. Assist clients with lab test inquiries and coordinate the lab testing process between various departments.
