Job Description To handle daily sample receiving, registration, sorting & after sales service with client Assist walk in client and incoming call regarding lab test enquiry Communicate with client on the sample submission & any related issue. Assist in coordinating the lab testing process between Lab, Admin, Sales & Billing Department Assist in branch administrative task Qualifications Bachelor degree in any course from recognized university / college. Good personality, independent and a good team player.
Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for managing daily sample receiving, registration, sorting, and after-sales service for clients, while also assisting walk-in clients and handling incoming calls regarding laboratory testing inquiries. This role involves communicating with clients about sample submission and coordinating testing processes between the Lab, Administration, Sales, and Billing Departments.
