Description
- Validate emails in the General Mailbox against CSR account assignment list and redistribute email to the appropriate agent folder. - Enter changes and cancellations from customers through order entry systems, using established business rules. - Update emails in General Mailbox with email naming convention, labelling, categories etc. - Proactively communicate in a timely manner with customer service agents about order verification, order status, pricing and shipment status. - Follow up on back order/overdue items with Supply Chain. - High degree of organizational skills and problem-solving ability; specially the ability to work as a self-starter. - Maintain the scheduling and financial tracking of all assigned project orders including resourcefulness in finding information and answers from within and outside the department (i.e. interactive with Marketing, Supply Chain etc.). - Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency. - Enrolled and returning to a post-secondary program in Business, Engineering or Science Degree in progress - Desire to learn and grow professionally grow. - Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle.
