In order to support the Operations Transformation and Change department, Airbus Operations is looking for a
Internship (d/f/m) Change Management

Location: Hamburg
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 3-6 months
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Apply the standardized change management methods and tools
- Equip and guide employees and stakeholders on the best way to take into account the various aspects of change.
- Co-animate workshops in order to run impact analysis on all change aspects (way of working, human, operational, organizational)
- Contribute to build the corresponding and appropriate change management plan integrating activities such as: communication action plan, training, knowledge transfer, engagement workshops, etc.
Desired skills and qualifications
- Enrolled full-time student in the area of Project Management, Digital marketing, Business management or an equivalent field of study.
- First practical experience in the field of Industry or Project Management is desirable.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English.
