INTERNSHIP WITHIN MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & FUEL SYSTEM INSTALLATION (D/F/M).

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field of study
  • Strong interest in mechanical design with basic experience using CAD tools (e.g. Catia V5)
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills and are able to work independently.
  • English: advanced level, German: intermediate

Responsibilities

As an intern in our department, you will have the opportunity to assist in various ongoing development projects. Tasks include:

  • Design of aerospace mechanical parts and assemblies using CAD-tools
  • Equipment integration studies in the Digital Mock-Up and with prototypes on the aircraft
  • Manufacturing of prototype structures and assemblies by 3D-printing
  • Support in the creation of documents for part testing and airworthiness substantiation
  • Support of improvements of department methods and tools (e.g. data analysis in Excel and/or SAP)
  • Support with project management tasks
