DESCRIPTION

Instal is looking for a numbers-geek, ambitious and results oriented Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist to join the Florence team. You’ll work within our Advertising Unit – which covers 3rd party and programmatic platform planning & buying. You will support the Associate Director Advertising Unit with data driven media buying strategies and execution on both existing client work and new business, and developing strong relationships across the team, the wider business and externally.
Fresh graduates from math, stats, information science, computer science and engineering are welcome to apply.
Instal is a mobile Adtech platform focused on Apps and Games. With its proprietary and certified technology Instal is able to provide a full suite of services and products to support its clients to maximize the user acquisition and monetization goals. With Headquarter in Italy Instal has offices in Florence (HQ) and Milan.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • Management and monitoring of advertising campaigns and platforms (Demand side platform, Google Ads, Meta Ads);
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for solving complex challenges (Degree in Math, Stats, Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science);
  • A good knowledge of data analysis;
  • Autonomous, proactive and curious;
  • SQL knowledge is a plus;
  • Background or interest in advertising is a plus;
  • Experience with big data technologies is a plus;

  • Optimize the ROI of the campaigns reducing the acquisition cost;
  • KPI analysis and reporting;
