Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports to support business operations and management decision-making. Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Power Query, DAX, and SQL. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple data sources (SharePoint Lists, Excel, SQL databases, ServiceNow, ITFM systems). Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, data visualization requirements, and insight-driven reports for IT and operational excellence initiatives. 2. Low-Code / No-Code Development Develop and deploy scalable solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms, including Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio); OutSystems, n8n, or similar tools. Automate business processes through custom workflows, data connectors, and integration with APIs and third-party systems. Implement security, governance, and performance best practices for Power Platform solutions. Maintain and continuously improve existing applications and dashboards to ensure reliability and user satisfaction. Qualifications Required 3rd / 4th student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence concepts. Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, report and dashboard creation, and DAX measures, with an understanding of data relationships and visualization best practices. Basic experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. Basic understanding of SQL and data transformation concepts. Analytical thinking and willingness to learn. Passionate about digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement. Proficiency in English Preferred Microsoft Certifications (PL-300, PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable. Familiarity with APIs, Python, or automation tools (academic or personal projects). Exposure to with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL processes. Experience with Power BI Services (workspaces, gateways, dataflows). Awareness of ETL and data governance. Knowledge of Tableau, or other BI tools is an advantage.
