Job Description The Data Analyst will support the Travel Digital Services team in monitoring and improving the performance of two key digital assets within the Travel business line: the Global eCommerce Platform and the Customer Service Portal (Lighthouse). Responsibilities: Defining and monitoring KPIs and dashboards to track platform performance and usage. Analyzing data to identify performance trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. Working closely with asset owners to translate insights into priorities for product improvements. Producing analytical summaries and slides to support performance reviews and steering committees. Preferred Experience Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a business-related field (Finance, Business, Management, Marketing, etc.) or an engineering degree. Student at a top engineering school (e.g., Centrale, Supélec, Polytechnique) or a leading European university (e.g., Bocconi, LSE, St. Gallen, Sciences Po Paris). Interest in Digital & E-Commerce. Available for a 6-month internship starting in June or September. Required skills /Soft Skills Strong analytical mindset and business sense, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear insights. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build dashboards and track key metrics. Basic knowledge of data analysis or querying tools (e.g., SQL) is a plus. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across teams, countries, and time zones. Autonomous and hands-on, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to clearly present insights.
