CANAL+ NETHERLANDS B.V IS LOOKING FOR HIS NEW INTERN IN DATA SCIENCE, STARTING SEPTEMBER 2025 FOR 6 MONTHS IN OUR HILVERSUM OFFICE!

Our department specializes in leveraging advanced analytics to drive strategic decision-making and improve user engagement across our streaming services. The intern will use Generative AI and machine learning to segment customers into clusters and devise tailored activation strategies for each segment. Our international team combines diverse business and technical expertise, fostering innovation across a variety of projects. Notable initiatives include refining our churn prediction model and enhancing our recommendation system using Generative AI. We encourage continuous learning and collaborative problem-solving, supporting personal and professional growth.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, particularly in PowerBI.
• Understanding data cleaning, preparation, and the use of statistical methods to analyze datasets.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share findings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new technologies and methods.
