Your Role Placed at the heart of Gensler’s People + Process + Technology the Firmwide Design Technology Studio drives the firm’s digital transformation of our creative and project delivery practices throughout the globe. Our ultimate outcome is to co-create a design technology ecosystem that enables our practitioners to leverage the most advanced methodologies and technological solutions reaching a new level of creativity and delivering the most impactful designs to our clients. Gensler is seeking a creative and passionate individual to join our team as a Design Technology Intern for a minimum period of 6 months. This intern will sit in Singapore and will work very closely with the regional Design Technology team in understanding how we can leverage design technology to support the design & development of our projects. With Singapore being the regional hub for Asia Pacific Middle East (APME), this intern will get the opportunity to be involved on exciting regional initiatives. This position requires you to be purpose-driven, open to learning, and possess a positive and energetic attitude. What You Will Do Gain insight into the strategic planning and implementation of Gensler’s Design Technology vision at a regional and office-wide level. Along with the DT team, partner with project teams in the implementation of design technology concepts, tools, and workflows on live projects. Be exposed to and part of the design technology story telling process for internal sharing and external showcasing to clients and other stakeholders of our design technology capabilities. Be hands-on with the latest & greatest technology in the AEC industry, including Gensler’s own proprietary software. Learn & contribute to regional design technology initiatives.
