Responsibilities

The digital world is changing and to be better able to create meaningful relationships with our consumers, CRM has been rebranded to DDX: Data Driven Experiences. With three key focus pillars: recruitment, engagement and retention, you will be responsible for leveraging our CRM data to provide relevant content to our consumers at the right time across the digital touchpoints. As a Digital & CRM intern you will work within the L’Oréal Digital team, with close connections to the L’Oréal brand teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage CRM campaigns: execute CRM campaigns for the L’Oreal Dermatological & Luxe divisions based on the CRM calendar
  • Grow our consumer database: support new recruitment initiatives
  • Drive consumer loyalty: support with the creation of and execution of engagement and retention strategies
  • Analyze consumer data & campaigns: obtain insightful findings to enhance our consumer understanding for future initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders: ensure all CRM activations are managed on time and in alignment with key stakeholders
  • Initiate Test & learns: determine new A/B testing strategies for CRM campaigns & initiate new opportunities to recruit, engage and retai
