Description
This position is in Burlington, ON. This includes supporting the marketing communications (MarCom) team in analyzing campaign metrics, supporting and planning events, providing creative input on current marketing campaigns as well as supporting the distributor programs manager in the development and execution of new and existing tools and initiatives for our major distributors. The position requires understanding the importance of the B2B buyer journey and drawing on the perspectives and needs of both the customer and distributor channel, creating informative content that drives conversation, leads and sales. Support the MarCom team in analyzing data (web, social, PPC and campaign) Support marketing events (webinars, distributor events, tradeshows) Support activities within an integrated marketing campaign from design to execution Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on creative content creation (digital/print) Partner with product managers and sales teams to build and optimize content on the website Seek, analyze, and share feedback on other industry marketing material and digital content Manage the digital creative asset library and ensure it meets distributor's marketing collateral needs Currently enrolled in a college diploma or university degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business or Communications. Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams ranging from IT, field sales, marketing, product line management, and senior leadership.
