You will support various aspects of the e-commerce process, from helping with online marketing campaigns to optimizing operating models and analyzing market trends.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Country Manager with the day-to-day management of the respective market, including administrative tasks and operational duties.
• Help maintain and optimize the online store, ensuring that product listings, pricing, and content are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with customer service to address inquiries and provide excellent service to customers.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help refine our e-commerce strategy.
• Assist with the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce platform, and support in analyzing sales data and traffic trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks.

Qualifikation

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a master program in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• A strong desire to learn about online sales, growth management, marketing strategies, and country management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A collaborative mindset, willing to support the team in a variety of roles and tasks.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media tools, and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Good English skills (C1 Level).
• Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
