Process mapping, and review of HR Emerging Talent topics Handle the day-to-day operations in Emerging Talent, with ability to track, monitor and update progress of talent topics/ programs Support implementation of employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice Develop skills in Project Management working with various stakeholders to co-ordinate events On track to attain Bachelor/Masters in Business /HR /Social Sciences or relevant field of studies Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous Effective interpersonal and communication skills Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
