Employer Branding (60%): Assist country’s PIC for Personnel Marketing/Talent Relationship Management primarily with communication and design tasks for various internal & external audiences to maintain Bosch’s reputation as Employer of Choice Collaborate with HR locations, corporate communication teams & external partners on project planning and execution Upkeep templates, case studies, and creative documents in accordance with corporate branding guide in department database 2. Employee Engagement (30%): Ideate, organize employee engagement projects, and perform pre- + post-project evaluations and reports Assist with project logistics & onsite event management Proactively handle & troubleshoot any arising issues on event day 3. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor (10%). Qualifications Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period, 3rd-4th year student with major in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Journalism. No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage. Eloquent in English and Vietnamese. Ability to use Canva, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effect (or alternative movie maker app).
