Description
As a Shared Service Specialist, you will join our Procurement department which support the onboarding of suppliers to our eProcurement applications, such as the Supplier Lifecycle Management tool and Procure-to-Pay solution eg: SAP Business Network , MyBuy / Ariba and Service Center support tools such as ServiceNow, Tableau, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role A degree in IT, computer science, Engineering or equivalent field of studies Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above Basic understanding of digitalization concepts, such as automation and digital transformation Previous experience with low-code tools would be preferred Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Demonstrates the highest standards of professional behavior in dealing with stakeholders Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Drive implementation projects for improvement opportunities by applying automation Identify and collect improvement ideas with a focus on digitalization and process improvement Develop and maintain reports – collecting data, cleaning data, developing calculations, publishing and analyzing results Support controls to assure data quality Analyze and optimize processes to eliminate inefficiencies Calculate the Team Productivity and maintenance of the internal Q&A Tool Maintenance and improvement of the daily team dashboards #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
