YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:

Student completing a Master’s level qualification within a management, economic or engineering subject (you are preferably in your last year of studies, seeking placement)

  • Strong interest and understanding of financial markets
  • Working knowledge of accounting, financial modelling, valuation techniques, and legal aspects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: exceptional writing, communication, service orientation and customer focus
  • Rigorous and intellectually curious to discover new findings
  • Team player able to work in a demanding, regulated environment
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and good command of MS Office
  • Ideally, good command of softwares and tools specific to our activities (Bloomberg, Reuters…)
  • Fluent in English; good knowledge of German

Responsibilities

Kepler’s Equity team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals who are keen to join a leading financial player with a set-up across several different business lines.
You will work within the Equity Sales team reporting directly to the Head of Sales.

Your tasks will include:

  • Support client prospection and business development:
  • Assist sales team with client relationships
  • Analysis and follow-up of existing products
  • Potentially financial valorization
  • Prepare product offers with strategic research material:
  • Bringing the best products of each type of asset to the forefront
  • Detailing each asset with macro-economic and specific analysis
  • Contribute to sustaining existing customer relationships by being attentive to clients, with the objective of ensuring strong relationships
  • Propose innovative and accurate solutions adapted to clients’ needs within a clearly defined geographic zone and product portfolio
  • Analyze regulatory and other constraints ruling the sector to better understand and answer clients’ needs
  • Eventually create sales documentation (products pitches, tenders…) for different types of customers:
  • Targets, advantages/disadvantages
  • Study of scenario, back-testing
  • Analysis of the market’s context
