This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Food & Beverage Service. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months. Support the planning and execution of special events, seasonal promotions, and VIP guest experiences. Help maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and feedback to enhance service personalisation. Collaborate with the F&B and marketing teams to prepare menus, signage, and promotional materials. Participate in quality checks and ensure compliance with brand standards and hygiene protocols. Contribute to administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting.
