Wisesight เปิดรับนักศึกษาฝึกงานเข้าร่วมทีม Finance & Accounting เพื่อเรียนรู้งานบัญชีจริงในบริษัท Tech ตั้งแต่การจัดการเอกสาร การบันทึกข้อมูลเข้าระบบ ไปจนถึงการสนับสนุนงานด้านรับ-จ่ายร่วมกับทีม โดยจะได้ลงมือทำจริงและเห็นภาพรวมการทำงานของฝ่ายบัญชีในองค์กร สิ่งที่จะได้ทำ สนับสนุนงานด้านบัญชีรับและบัญชีจ่ายร่วมกับทีม เรียนรู้การออกเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี บันทึกข้อมูลเข้าระบบบัญชี PEAK จัดเรียงและจัดเก็บเอกสารทางการเงินอย่างเป็นระบบ งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามความเหมาะสม คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel) และ Google Workspace ได้ดี ทำงานเป็นระบบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ โดยเฉพาะงานเอกสาร มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงาน ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี

Responsibilities

Support the finance team with accounts receivable and payable tasks, including issuing invoices, receipts, and tax invoices. Responsible for recording data into the PEAK accounting system and organizing financial documents systematically.
