REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enrolled in a MS or PhD EE program
  • Strong skills in transistor-level design of mixed-signal CMOS and/or BiCMOS circuits
  • Familiar with schematic entry / layout / simulation tool flow (preferably Cadence)
  • Familiar with the use of one or more software scripting tools to support design, such as Bash, Python, PERL, Awk or SKILL

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with high-speed designs (> 1 GHz)
  • Experience in data converter calibration and analysis in particular related to ADCs
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Candidates who wish to be considered must be enrolled in an accredited college/university as of January 2026. Applicants who have graduated before January 2026 will not be considered unless they are starting an MS or PHD program after graduating.
