Job Description: 1. Follow up on PD ageing reminders & related issues resolution. 2. Preparation and performing analysis on monthly TAP reports. 3. Follow up on issues related to other system such as SMART. 4. Provide input for CashFlow Forecast preparation. 5. Invoice posting and triggering. 6. Execution of rejected notification to vendor & conduct review & checking on regular basis.

Responsibilities

The intern will handle AP and AR tasks, including invoice posting, ageing reminders, and monthly TAP report analysis. Additionally, they will support various departments through research, data capture, and meeting documentation.
