Description
The TP-Link Malaysia Internship Program is a structured, hands-on industrial training designed to develop industry-ready networking professionals. Interns are direct exposure to enterprise-grade networking and CCTV solutions, real customer environments, and a clear professional development pathway. This program equips graduates with practical skills, solid technical foundations, and real project experience, preparing them for employment either with TP-Link Malaysia or within our extensive partner ecosystem. Responsibilities: Assist in technical training event. Assist to prepare and maintain training materials for local service team and corporate clients. Product testing and evaluation, report product quality issue and firmware issue. Assist technical team on preparing networking and CCTV solutions for a range of company products. Prepare formal technical proposals and presentations (heatmap, bill of materials) for clients. Work with the local service team to provide technical support for corporate clients. Handle troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. Requirements: Final year Bachelor's Degree students in Information Technology, majoring in Networking, Computer Systems, Information Security, or equivalent. Ready to commit to a minimum of 20 weeks for their industrial training and aligned with university internship requirements.
