Description

* Support data analysis for portfolio, financial (CAPEX/OPEX), and product performance tracking * Assist in development of dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to monitor: * Portfolio health * Product KPIs (adoption, utilisation, value delivered) * Identify and automate manual processes (reporting, data consolidation, workflow tracking) * Support value creation and value realisation tracking (ROI, benefits, cost optimisation initiatives) * Assist in product management activities, including: * Tracking product performance and lifecycle * Monitoring adoption and usage metrics * Supporting reporting for P4R / BITCOM / portfolio reviews * Ensure data accuracy and maintain a single source of truth * Explore and prototype AI / analytics use cases to improve productivity and efficiency REQUIREMENT Undergraduate in Data Science / Analytics / Computer Science / Engineering or related field * Familiar with Excel, Power BI, or basic programming (Python is an advantage) * Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive * Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities
