Job Description: 1. Operations & Reporting – Support monitoring, KPI reporting, and service analytics. 2. Documentation & Governance – Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, CAB, and UAT documentation. 3. Automation & Continuous Improvement – Support Power Automate, Copilot, AI initiatives, and process improvement activities adopting new AI technologies. Students from Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

The intern will support operations through KPI reporting, service analytics, and the maintenance of governance documentation. Additionally, they will assist in AI initiatives, process automation, and general administrative tasks such as research and minute taking.
