Job Description Updates training details in AUMOVIO’s Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors); Organizes / schedules classes in AUMOVIO’s Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors); Books resources, ensures event preparation (e.g. guest speakers, trainer briefing, participant list, materials, facilities, technical equipment); Handles bookings, cancellations and communication with 3rd parties (e.g. trainers, hotels, event locations) Tracks participation status and manages participants; Documents status (e.g. status “learning successfully completed”) Initiates CEOS process centrally (if applicable); Collects, consolidates and reports learning KPIs, feedback and effectiveness measurements. Qualifications University studies ongoing; Advanced English language skills; Well developed communications skills, virtually and in person; Customer focus and quality orientation; Good planning and organizing skills; Intercultural Competence; Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel experience including creating pivot reports, VLOOKUPS, and charts/graphs will be a plus.
